Onze appartementen zijn zeer luxe ingericht. Zo is ieder appartement voorzien van kleuren TV met kabelaansluiting, stereoinstallatie met cd-wisselaar, videorecorder, fax en telefoon. Ieder appartement heeft een riante woonkamer, 1 slaapkamer met kleuren TV. Luxe badkamer met douche en ligbad. Een keuken met vaatwasser, koelkast, oven en magnetron. Elk appartement beschikt over een eigen centrale verwarmingsunit. De totale oppervlakte van elk appartement bedraagd ongeveer 90 m2.
Een geweldig uitzicht ... Vanuit het appartement heeft u een geweldig uitzicht over de beroemde en geroemde zeven bruggen van de Reguliersgracht. Dit uitzicht is mogelijk omdat ons pand op de hoek staat van twee grachten, namelijk de Reguliersgracht en de Lijnbaansgracht. Een mooiere plek en uitzicht vindt u in heel Amsterdam niet. In de directe omgeving is nog voldoende parkeergelegenheid aanwezig. Indien nodig kunnen wij bemiddelen voor een plaats in een privé parkeergarage op circa 1 minuut loopafstand van ons pand. 	FOR RENT Luxury apartments in the heart of Amsterdam In our complex ‘Bridge View Residence’ we have apartments available on a regular basis for temporary housing (minimum of 3 months). ‘Bridge View Residence’ is located in an unique part of the old city of Amsterdam within the so called ‘Canal Belt’. Directly located near the National Bank of Holland and only a 10 minute walk from famous ‘Rembrandtplein’. Public transportation is only 2 minutes away.
Our apartments are lavishly furnished. Every apartment has its own color television set (cable), hi-fi stereo with CD-changer, VCR, fax, and telephone all ready to use. Every apartment has a large living room, one large bedroom with its own color television, full bathroom with shower as well as bath tub, a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave oven. They are all heated by their own central heating system. Total square footage is approx. 270 f2 (90 m2).
A beautiful view... From each apartment one has a beautiful view straight across the famous ‘Reguliersgracht’ with it’s seven famous and picturesque bridges. This view is made possible because the building resides right on the corner of two canals. A more beautiful spot with such a view is hard to come by in Amsterdam. There is adequate room for parking directly near the building. If so desired we can arrange a parking space in the private parking garage located only 1 minute’s walk away.
